Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase and you want to return it, please contact us at info@athoa.co. Please make sure that the returned product is in its original condition including any labels. You can return the product within 14 working days from delivery, contacting the designated courier service.

If you've used cod as payment, please fill in your bank details and the money will be debited to your account within 21 working days.

In case of a defective product, we can replace it without any additional charges, provided that you send the item back to us and we inspect it for damages according to our warranty policy.
